Our Story
Our Story
Every business has a beginning, and TLB's story began in 1996 in the UK with a SKY International TV show. This was where Rob Collins got his first break as a professional singer and host and the rest is history. Moving to Singapore as host and lead singer of Bellini Room & Bellini Grande in 2007 Rob set up his company in 2012. Rob has been given countless awards for charity and work and has been given Tatler awards not once but twice.

Founder & CEO
Singer & Host Rob is Director and Artistic Director as well as also still performing as a Musician and Host in and around Asia.
Rob Has a huge biography from his early his early career in the UK and Europe in 1996 onto his last 12 years based in Singapore from 2007. Rob has personally performed for music and TV stars, Royalty & Presidents and Heads of State.

Andy Benjamin Cai
Choreographer & Head Of Dance
He was finalist with the Soul Fusion group in the first local television dance competition, The DanceFloor (2006). He also received a Best Dancer Award in the same competition. He has earned his choreography recognition at an early stage of his career. His choreography won his students numerous Distinction Awards for Singapore Youth Festival (2007-2017). He has also represented Singapore in numerous global competitions, competing in Italy, Franceand Russiaand receiving Overall Champion titles and bringing
back other prestigious awards. Andy has performed in and/or choreographed numerous local theatre productions over recent years, including La Cage Aux Folles (2012), Victor/Victoria,Lightseeker,
Voyage De La Vie, Crazy Christmas, Great World Cabaret, DimSum Dollies, The LKY Musical, December Rains, Turandot, RENT, Monkey Goes West and Mama white snake (to name but
a few) One big achievement for 2017 was being chosen as the Chief Choreographer for The Singapore National Day Parade 2017. Andy was recently flown to the UK for specialist events at the Royal Horticultural Hall in London and after recently working on projects for Porsche and for Irene Ang’s “FLY” Entertainment group. He is also the Artistic Director of Millennium
